Central Asian Cancer Sciences (CACS) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to advancing cancer research, clinical practice, and oncology education across Central Asia and the global scientific community. The journal serves as a multidisciplinary platform for the dissemination of high-quality research spanning the full spectrum of cancer sciences, from basic laboratory discoveries to clinical implementation, population health, and health policy.

The mission of the journal is to promote scientific excellence, foster international collaboration, and improve cancer prevention, diagnosis, treatment, survivorship, and palliative care through the publication of rigorous, transparent, and clinically relevant research.
