The FDA has revoked the accelerated approval of adagrasib + cetuximab for KRAS G12C-mutated colorectal cancer.

Today, it was reported that the FDA has withdrawn the indication after a confirmatory study of KRYSTAL-10 did not confirm clinical benefit. This is an interesting example of how a drug can lose regulatory status after a negative confirmatory trial.
